Boy in pink (in progress)
I heard on QI that in the old days little boys were dressed in pink and little girls in blue. So I was inspired to draw a boy in pink. If it works out, perhaps I'll do a few more along the same line.
Yupo paper
I've been playing around with yupo paper. It's synthetic, so it is very smooth and inks and watercolours show up on it quite brilliantly. The only problem is that inks don't soak into it, so you have to be careful when handling it. However, this also means that you can get some really interesting effects by diluting the paints or lifting the colours off in places. The results below are more abstract than my usual stuff, but it was nice to free-form a bit.

Watercolour
After a long absence, I'm finally back to this blog. I just kept forgetting to post my new stuff. Watercolour below of Niagara Falls.
